JUSTINE DOIRON × JONO PANDOLFI: SPECIAL EDITION ALASKA BOWL
We’re beyond excited to share our first collaboration with Justine Doiron, the chef behind the popular Instagram account @justine_snacks and the New York Times bestselling cookbook Justine Cooks. Together, we created two Special Edition designs of our Coupe Alaska Bowl.
The Alaska Bowl is the first thing Justine reaches for in her kitchen cabinet every day—her “everything bowl.” It’s a natural fit for pastas, cereals, soups, or even the Stewed Date & Miso Oats from her cookbook. The bowl’s elegant slope makes every dish look like it was plated by a pro.
“The shape and style can’t be matched,” Justine says. “It just works with everything I cook and serve.”
For this collaboration, Justine was immediately drawn to our hand-glazed green bands, so we developed two variations just for her: a single wide band that makes a bold statement, and a double band with a lighter, more playful touch.
As with all of our dinnerware, these bowls are both durable and easy to care for (as in, yes, they’re both dishwasher- and microwave-safe).
We’re tucking one of Justine's favorite spring recipes inside all our collaboration orders for everyone who wants to bring a little of her daily kitchen ritual home.
